Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email. Please ensure your delivery address is correct — we cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, email contact@rossacasa.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
